Simply put, you could not find two more qualified leaders with such solid supervisory and professional development experience anywhere. 

Dave and Tim are knowledgeable and accomplished leaders in supervisory and professional development skills. Together Dave and Tim have over 67 years experience in leadership roles. Both are still in the work force dealing with the changing generations that encompass today’s workplace.

Dave Neal

Dave is a recently retired Captain with the Idaho State Police. He has over 35 years of Law Enforcement experience, including 10 years as Team Commander for the ISP Crisis Response Team.  Dave is currently an instructor for an Army National Guard Armor Training Battalion. He has been sought out and used as an expert witness in civil trials.

He is the recipient of: 

• Law Enforcement Officer of the year - US Marshall's office
• Law Enforcement Officer of the year - American Legion Dept. of Idaho
• Honor Service Award - Idaho Criminal Justice Association
• Supervisor of the Year - Department of Law Enforcement
  
  

 Dave is a member of the Idaho Army National Guard and has been for over 22 years; two years as a trainer at the Idaho Military Academy. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Staff and Command, the FBI Command College, and is a Law Enforcement honor graduate of the College of Southern Idaho.

Dave and his wife Linda, reside in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Tim Kelly

An Idaho native, Tim joined the military in 1981, and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant through Army ROTC at Idaho State University in May of 1984. Tim has over 32 years experience in the U.S. military, and has held may leadership positions. Tim retired from the service in 2013 at the rank of Colonel.

COL Kelly's awards include:

• Army Accomodation Medals (5)
• Army Achievement Medals (2)

Tim earned a bachelors degree from Idaho State University, and is a graduate of many professional military schools including the U.S. Army War College where he earned a Masters in Strategic Studies degree.

Tim and his wife Susan, reside in Meridian, Idaho with their Children.
